The Fall 2024 semester was a special one for ITU NextGen, it marked our very first semester hosting events, workshops, and innovation programs! We've learned so much along the way, and we want to thank you for participating with such enthusiasm and providing us with valuable feedback.

Here’s a quick look back at the activities we hosted this semester:

"Building Your Startup" - Program

Over 10 weeks, 22 teams joined us for five workshops designed to help them build their startups. Participants explored valuable tools, received feedback from peers and experts, and finished the program with a pitch session to present their projects ✨

"How to Unleash Creative Thinking" - Workshop

Led by creativity expert Dorte Nielsen, this workshop offered fun and inspiring exercises to spark creative thinking. It was a burst of energy and innovation for everyone who joined.

"Creating Storyworlds" - Workshop

In this short-format workshop, students discovered what storyworlds are and how to create their own. One of the highlights was hearing from an ITU team developing a storyworld for their game, which they turned into a startup! 🎮

"Building Green Business Concepts with AI" - workshop

This intense 10-hour workshop challenged students to develop sustainable business ideas with the help of a customized ChatGPT as their sparring partner. The result? Incredible and creative solutions.

Community Breakfast

Once a month, we hosted a cozy breakfast for students interested in startups and innovation. It was a great way to network, ask questions, and connect with like-minded peers over coffee and a freshly baked bun ☕
