"Building Your Startup" is a workshop series where you as a ITU student can learn the essential tools to develop a startup. All you need to apply is an idea or a skill. The program is also relevant if you already have a early stage startup.
The program consists of the following 4 workshops - all taking place here at ITU - with 1-1 sessions in between plus an inspiration and demo day (Nov 26, in the afternoon). If you and your team already have a startup with a proven product/market fit you can apply to the startup hub directly to get business consulting, office space and access to other services and benefits.
Defining your business model.
Understand your customers' top 3 problems, develop tailored solutions and craft compelling value propositions
Crafing compelling offers. Deeply understand your target customers' pains, gains and job to be done. Plus "Fit & Alignment", "Value Map" and "Iteration".

Formulate testable hypotheses about your business model, value proposition, and target market. Plus "Iterative Testing", "Experiment Design" and "Data-Driven Decisions".
- and master your narrative. Craft a captivating and authentic story that resonates with your audience. Plus "Targeted Messaging", "Polished Delivery" and Networking.
