What Happens When AI Moves Into the Organisation?
A talk from Atea, the Nordics’ largest IT infrastructure provider, about adopting AI at scale across their organisation.
What happens when AI stops being something you experiment with and becomes part of how an entire organisation works?
AI is changing everything, and large organisations are already adapting at very different speeds.
But what happens when you move beyond experimenting with ChatGPT and try to implement AI across an organisation?
At Atea, they decided to become their own “Customer Zero”, implementing AI at scale internally before bringing those experiences into their work with clients. Along the way, they discovered that some of the biggest challenges were not necessarily technical. They were about people, leadership, governance, adoption and changing the way work gets done.
Join us with a talk from Jacob Clausen, VP Sales, security & AI from Atea for a look inside that journey.
How do you decide where AI creates real value? What happens when hundreds or thousands of employees suddenly have access to new AI tools? How do you get people to actually use them? And how do you balance experimentation with security, responsibility and control?
Through concrete examples from Atea’s own organisation and client work, Jacob will explore what it takes to move from AI experiments to AI becoming part of everyday work, and what that development can mean for the IT professionals entering the workforce today and in the future.
As always, we start with breakfast and some informal mingling, followed by a talk.
