Start your day with breakfast, inspiration and a bit of co-founder matchmaking. Hear why diverse founding teams build stronger companies, then meet fellow founders through facilitated networking designed to spark connections!
This event is open to all students and founders.
Talk of the day:
The Value of a Diverse Founder Team
Behind every strong startup is a strong team. Research and experience both show that founding teams with different backgrounds, perspectives and skill sets are better at spotting opportunities, challenging assumptions and building companies that last. But how do you actually find the right people to build with?
In this session, you will hear why diversity in founding teams is an advantage, and what it takes to put together a team that complements your strengths and covers your blind spots.
After the talk, it is time to meet your potential co-founder. Through facilitated networking, you will have the chance to meet other founders and students in a structured format that makes it easy to start conversations. Whether you already have a startup idea or are just curious about what it would be like to build something together with others, you are welcome to join.
