WHAT IS EXPLORE?

EXPLORE is a programme of 5 activities over 2 months thatenables students to find their next idea, meet & connect to students fromother disciplines & universities with interest to explore innovation anddiscover the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This programme is for ALL Students who have interest in:

• practicing in common entrepreneurial methods, such  as ideation, pitching, networking, etc.
• meeting & connecting with students from other universities and disciplines
• gaining perspective on how innovation skills are used to build startups and applied in company settings
• knowing more about university innovation hubs and how to get involved in future offerings

After participating in EXPLORE, you will gain:

• insight into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Denmark and where to go within the university setting to test out ideas
• greater confidence in one's ability to create change through new ideas & innovations
• awareness of the importance of diversity and interdisciplinarity in team settings
• collaboration skills to spark and harvest ideas with the potential to develop into a startup / business
     
     

Eligibility: Must be anenrolled student (bachelors, masters or PhD) at a Danish University

Thurs Oct 8, 16.00-19.00 – Inclusive Design, DTU Skylab
Wed Oct 21, 16.00-18.30 - Startup Journeys, AAU CPH
Wed Oct 28, 16.00-18.30 - Playful Ideation, KU
Wed Nov 4, 17.30-20.30 - Becoming a Certified Explorer, Talent Garden

Programme content includes:

• Team formation, ideation and pitching activities
• Introduction to Inclusive Design as a driver for innovation  
• Meet student founders & startups and practice user discovery techniques
• Explore how playfulness and creativity can increase entrepreneurial outcomes with a certified Play Hero
• Create an action plan for your next steps in entrepreneurship & innovation
